By using OpenWardrive you agree to these terms. The service is provided as a community project, free of charge, with no warranty of any kind.
You are responsible for the legality of any data you upload. Do not contribute records derived from networks you do not own, operate, or have explicit permission to map. Wardriving laws differ by jurisdiction; know yours.
Public records on the map are released under the Open Database License (ODbL-1.0). Any derived database must be released under the same license and credit OpenWardrive contributors. Full text: /legal/license.
You are responsible for activity on your account, including the use of your API keys. Keep credentials secret and revoke any key you suspect has leaked. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent rate limits, or upload clearly unlawful data.
The service is provided best-effort. We do not guarantee uptime, retention of any particular record, or fitness for a specific purpose.
The map and APIs are provided "as is". Use the data at your own risk. We are not liable for any claim arising from your use of OpenWardrive data.
